group with transparent people

Hi! I was looking for a square icon with rounded edges with a blue of 00669e with the usergroup icon being transparent so the people will change color from white to black depending on your Normal/Dark Mode choice. When I try to make one, since Im using a blue background, when I make the people transparent, they effectively disappear. Im trying to make the people be transparent "trough the background" if you will.
